Sits on corner lot directly adjacent to a private River Walk and bike trail. A 5 min walk, and you're at Detroit's famous Green Dot Stables for the best sliders in the city! Spend your date night downtown.

We had a great stay here! The view is stunning and access to downtown is walkable on a nice day. There are a lot of stairs in this building as an fyi but it wasn't the worst thing ever. And Jazimen gives great directions on how to find the room! My only concerns were there is no railing on the stairs or loft which can be intimidating at times but it is shown in the photos before you book, and the stairs can also be a little slick. Also if it rains, it might rain through the window a bit (perks of the old building). Very entertaining. The shower was amazing, great water pressure and you don't have to wait for it to get hot!

The loft exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept. Thank you for the bonus snacks and toiletries. The host was awesome. Offered immediate communication whenever needed. Will definitely recommend and consider booking again when back in town.

Beautiful loft. It was cozy and the view was wonderful. The host is kind enough to leave snacks, waters and bathroom essentials. Love the coat rack by the front door. The bed is extremely comfortable. I would stay here again. (Keep in mind that it is on the fourth floor. Lots of stairs.)

Pictures look way better than in person. Failed to mention your on the 4th floor with no elevator. Place stunk like burnt weed as soon as you open the door. This place is ghetto definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay there.

I stayed for 3 nights in October. The view from the apartment was great. Good weather, quiet and clean place. Full sun in the afternoon. Access to Lime Scooters, or Uber was very easy. I enjoyed the stay and would return in the future. The host was quick to respond to my questions, and very nice.

No shade

The vrbo has character, the view was spectacular however the largest window did not have a shade or curtain. The morning light woke me up way too early and the place was a little dusty.

Well getting into the place is kinda weird. But with a host that promptly answered messages and even FaceTime to get us in. There is absolutely no problem. Comfy little pad to lay your head down at night and have a good time with your company. Thanks so much.

Great loft

It was really a great stay. Very close to downtown, host left amenities like snacks, water and soda. Host was very responsive and nice, plus its extremely close to some cool bars in cork town the casino and downtown. I would stay here again. The loft was comfy cozy and the view was very pretty.

Dangerous location/car vandalism

The inside of the space truly was great. Other than that I wouldn’t waste your time here. Dangerous location. My car got broken into sitting right in font of the entrance of the building. Literally 10 feet from the front door. The back window and a window on a back door were smashed. They stole everything they could. I let the host know and her response was a very generic “I’m sorry that happened to you” She offered nothing other than that. Her main concern was that I got the key back in the lockbox. Overall very very disappointed in this host. Stay safe and find else where to spend your time in Detroit.
