Questo condominio splendidamente ristrutturato è un gioiello situato proprio fuori dalla guida del servizio Jefferies. La struttura dispone di tutti i comfort per rendere il vostro soggiorno super piacevole e senza stress. Se ti piace cucinare, goditi la cucina appena ristrutturata con elettrodomestici all'avanguardia che includono lavastoviglie, fornelli e frigorifero. I vacanzieri che preferiscono cenare apprezzeranno la vicinanza al New Detroit Centre, al Downtown e a molti altri ristoranti locali. Il condominio inferiore si trova su una bella strada alberata. Ottieni il sapore del quartiere di Detroit nel gioiello Jefferies completamente nuovo. Gli ospiti apprezzeranno la vicinanza a 3 autostrade per visitare facilmente la loro visita a Detroit. L'appartamento si trova proprio dietro l'angolo del museo Mbads indoor / outdoor, il Motown Museum, il Fischer Theatre e il New Center Area. Se non hai mai visitato una chiesa storica africana battista, per favore, vai al Tabernacolo situato al 2080 Grand River. Questa congregazione di 100 anni si trova in un nuovo edificio con il sapore religioso dei vecchi tempi. Vicina al Jefferies significa viaggiare per Downtown Detroit in circa 5-10 minuti. Clean, quite location

Rhonda's place is very clean and comfortable. I stayed here for a week for business and it was a great home base - spacious, clean, comfortable, and lots of parking around. Would stay again!

Detroit Gem

Property was as advertised! Clean, bright and filled with art, we were completely enamored with the property. The neighborhood was quiet and provided access to all the freeways. The property manager (Robin) was gracious and accommodating. She provided quality service. Loved it❤

A True Home Away From Home

Miss Johnson’s property is even better than the pictures. It’s location is close to so many great Detroit landmarks. The house is filled with charming, special touches that make the guest really and truly feel at home. Anyone who enters will know this space is filled with love. You will feel right at home in The Jewel of Detroit.

Not a good experience.

There were a variety of issues that made this less than positive. The owner changed the lockbox code but didn't update the access instructions so we had difficulty getting in and then it took too long to reach the owner. There were not enough clean towels for 3 people for 4 days (which were thin/poor quality to begin with), while there was a huge pile of dirty linen in the closet). We were not familiar with Detroit, and found ourselves in a run down neighborhood, with many boarded up homes. I guess I should have done better research on the area, as I was later advised that this was a terrible neighborhood for a B&B.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the Jewel. The property was extremely clean, well appointed and had everything that you would need, along with a lovely box of snacks, coffee pods, and breakfast treats. It was centrally located for us to go downtown and to Mexican town. Our host was extremely prompt in answering any questions, she was thoughtful and very kind in our texting. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Jeffries Jewel

Very nice renovation of the downstairs of a double. Kitchen, dining area, and living room are modern and well appointed. Two bedrooms and bathroom are not fancy, but very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. This home is in a conveniently located in a working class neighborhood that is undergoing a rejuvenation. Overall a good experience.

A Jewel in Motown

We really enjoyed our hometown Detroit stay, Dec 21 thru Dec 28 2018. The furnishings were very modern & clean and the large flat screen TV was great along with the new-age ceiling fans and memory foam mattresses, we loved them. The kitchen was an HGTV beauty, nice large counter with seating and all the necessary amenities. The stainless steel frig was large enough to accomodate all the groceries we brought. Our family members we invited for dinner were very impressed. Would definitely stay again. Only additional suggestion is a motion flood light on side drive-way area. It's definitely a five star A-plus rental. Thank you Ms. Rhonda and Happy New Year.

Cozy and stylish

We had a great stay at the Jeffries Jewel. It's easy to get to from the major freeways. Just a quick drive to downtown. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable for resting up after a full day of exploring Detroit. Thanks Rhonda!

Inviting, well appointed property

We really enjoyed our stay at Rhonda's lovely home. The house was nicely decorated, not cluttered, very clean. I would have loved a couple extra blankets for the beds, but her heating system was great. My only minor complaint was when I used the shower and turned the shower knob to turn on the shower head, I thought I saw dry blood on the knob and was frightened by the site. I tried cleaning it and it wouldn't come off which led me to believe it was a dark red nail polish. I sent Rhonda a text and told her about it and she said she had never noticed it before and would address it immediately. Understandable since the mark was at the bottom and not easily seen. I would stay at this flat again. Thank you Rhonda.

Awesome Urban Chic!

This is a really great property, newly redone with comfortable appointments and great places to lay your weary body after a day of doing Detroit. So much space and easy access. Near downtown and the things to do there, Motown Museum is a few minutes away, and if heading to the burbs (we went to an event at the DTE Center), no problem getting there. Our Host, Rhonda, was readily available for questions and recommendations, she was great! If you don’t stay here you are missing out!
