Was missing some of basics listed on amenities and hosts seemed defensive when called about them, but had them dropped off later. It met our needs and we did have a great time inspite of the above mentioned. ”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
