“Great location to stay for any reason (work, leisure, tourism). Large, clean and cozy rooms. Can't evaluate the restaurant because it was closed for "ruhetag".”
“I have been in this hotel already multiple times. It is really close to the city center and has direct access to the Goldschmieding Park. The breakfast is in the old Goldschmieding castle. Over the last years the added more vegan breakfast options. The stuff is super helpful if you have food allergies.
The offers a free storage for bags.”
“Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia col cane al seguito. L´Hotel accetta i cani ma non li fa entrare in sala pranzo. Non mi sembra il massimo. Per quanto riguarda il servizio e´ stato al livello atteso di un 4 stelle.”
“Good accommodation, ideal for people who settle for a room/Hotel without big pretension. The place is far from the city of Dortmund (20 min with train but the station is 5 min on walk). In the room i found only one blanket and you can connect only one device to wi-fi. The bed and pillow were super comfortable and there were enough place to hang my clothes. No fridge in the room. Bathroom and shower were fine with everything i needed. Hotel staff friendly and helpful”

"Young girl in Reception was very busy for self, but not with customers. It was my first and last time in this hotel! Attitude of staff was not correct."
"Quando l'ho prenotato pensavo la posizione fosse più centrale, ma devo dire che è parecchio distante da ogni cosa. La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere sono ampie e comode con minibar (senza nulla dentro) e cassa forte. Il bar è pulito ma nulla come set se non i dispenser per il sapome. Pochi 2 asciugamani. Se non viene richiesto esplicitamente , la camera non viene rifatta. La colazione è nell'albergo di fronte non è un granché, anche se ha un po' di salato e un po' di dolce. Cappuccio dalla macchinetta automatica quasi imbevibile.
Il personale è a disposizione anche se non è il massimo dell'empatia. "
