“I had an amazing stay at this resort! It is located a bit away from Munnar town, but do not let that worry you as this is beautiful part of Munnar. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area, and the resort itself has many options to pass the time. But the best part was the team here. Very professional and helpful! “I spent 2 weeks in India and this hotel was simply the best! The staff was unbelievably pleasant and welcoming. I felt like I received personal service from the manager and the staff. The physical facilities were top notch and the views were amazing. The complimentary morning tea gardens tour was just a cherry on the sundae. “Surrounded by lush forest and a well managed spice plantation, this hotel is in a gem of a location and is tastefully decorated and landscaped. We saw dozens of species of birds--from bulbuls to sunbirds--all through the restaurant windows. The service was good and the staff courteous, but make sure you confirm the type of room booked as there was some misunderstanding about the separate living room space. We did not get a room with a separate living room as indicated on hotels.com.”
