“The good things about this place was the staff and general cleanliness. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The parking was adequate and they provided breakfast. I didnt have time to eat there but the option was a nice surprise.The room also had a high ceiling which made it feels less claustrophobic. The bad things were items that couldn't be easily changed. “Old faucets in the bathroom were not working well. The faucets of one bathroom were shut off. Looking under the cabinet, I realized why. The valves were turned off and there was a wet towel. I tried to turn the valves. I was immediately sprayed by water thanks to a hole in the pipe from the valve to the faucet !!!

“If you need to stay at a hotel near Sacramento airport, we highly recommend this one! Beautiful rooms, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable beds. “I would not recommend this hotel. It was the noisiest room I had stayed in ever. Air unit on the roof. The door to the bathroom was a big joke. It was so old, the rollers were worn-out and made noise we could not stop. They also didn't clean the room two days. So, I am done with Best western Plus.
