“Nice property, but the self-check in process is odd and impersonal. I was reluctant to check in and have my ID and card scanned by a machine. We needed to get into our room by 3 pm to dress for an event that began at 4 pm. I called the property mgmnt co a few days in advance to ask about an earlier check in. I was told there was a possibility, told to call back that afternoon if our check in. I called at 2:30 pm that day and told no early check in. Rooms weren’t ready?? Thought they might be...

“Had our dog and choices are slim in North Lake area. I didn't expect much but was disappointed we couldn't connect to internet, no coffee maker, and it was a bit dirty. The room was spacious and beds good-sheets smelled nice and clean. Location great- across the street from dog park on the Lake!”

“If you are looking for a simple place to flop for the night then this place may work for you. I have travelled all over the country and have stayed in some 2-3 star places but not like this one. It would take to much space to list all the things that were very poor about this property. Chris the front desk clerk was the best part of the stay. “The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”

“Really great clean place to stay overnight and the location is awesome! Very close to the beach and lots of eateries nearby.”

“Great location, cute cabins, friendly , helpful, welcoming front desk staff, our cabin was cute and cozy and bed was comfortable, we could walk across the street to a little beach, the pool and hot tub were not available during our stay but we enjoyed the fire ring and smores with other friendly guests from around the country. Front desk recommended a good restarant and also great hiking trails.”

“It was smelling nasty. The corridor was awful smelling. The room didn't have hot water. Had to call the front desk. It took 2 hours to get the hot water running in the room. The receptionist , she was the worst. The front desk was empty every time I visited the lobby. She was out in the parking. Snooki g cigarettes.”

“Room is very clean, Staff is very friendly, location is very convenient for dining. So basically, our stay was very good. Only 2 issues we had are, no bath tab, timing for breakfast (from 7:30am at weekend is late).”

“The room was very clean, thee staff very friendly and the parking was easy to maneuver either outside or the parking under the building. For a senior it was real helpful having luggage carts.”

“Everything was good, but their refrigerator wasn’t working properly. We kept some of our food in the freezer, and by the next day, all of it had spoiled.”
