“Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!”

“L'attenzione al cliente è sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura, che pure è ben curata e confortevole. Personale sempre sorridente e attento ad ogni minima necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. Forse un po' tranquillo...fuori dall'hotel non c'è nulla e ci vogliono circa 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un po' di vita, ma nel complesso tutto bene. Camere ben pulite e ben arredate.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs to be painted, the pool was full of leaves, the room had no Kettle, not even a little fridge, no hand soap, no small shower gel, The front desk could not even find them at times.
