“Non credo di ritornare in questo hotel, il check-in doveva essere disponibile alle 15.00 ma la camera mi è stata consegnata dopo le 17.00. Mi avevano chiesto di aspettare poco tempo ma solo quando sono andato alla reception per fare un reclamo mi è stata consegnata una camera, l’addetto alla reception è stato veramente maleducato e poco ospitale. Consiglio vivamente di optare per l’hotel le meridian dove mi sono sempre sentito confortevole ”

Ottima la selezione e la qualità dei pasti. Cortesia del personale. Gli aspetti meno positivi sono riconducibili alla non eccezionale coesione tra le diverse zone e una certa freddezza dell’insieme. Servizi in ogni caso adeguati al livello dell’hotel.”
