You pretty much get what you pay for. That's not necessarily bad, but this definitely isn't fancy. And the property itself was pretty messy with all the construction that seems to be going on. We were a little sketched-out on our first night, as when we arrived no one was around to check us in and the number at the door kept going to voicemail. Eventually a guy came out from the back and checked us in. He was nice enough, but the first room he took us to the lock was broken and we were moved to different room (the lock of which was also tricky). The rooms were pretty small, but appeared mostly clean and the bedding was changed daily.
There was a leak somehow in the bathroom that kept letting puddles of water onto the floor, even when we hadn't run the shower, toilet, or sink all day.
Nice view behind the room, which we were able to enjoy from the patio connected to the room. And we really loved being able to open the screen door in the morning and let fresh air in without having people walking by.
Rooms were pretty sound-proof and we never had an issue with hearing our neighbors. Overall pretty good experience. We didn't spend much time at the motel itself, only coming back for the night. So if you plan to have a similar schedule and are on a budget it's a good choice.
