“I booked this room several months in advance for an event at Loretta Lynn's. When I booked this I requested and checked to be sure but I booked a nonsmoking room. We used to smoke and dont anymore so I would prefer a nonsmoking room. When we got to the hotel the front desk clerk was very apologetic because we didnt get our nonsmoking room. “Great Facility and fantastic staff”

“For a cheaper room, I was pleasantly surprised. The person that check this and was very nice and when I asked for towels for the pool, he was very quick into getting them for me. The bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It was a nice cheaper option instead of saying in Nashville we were on our way home from Branson and wanted to stop halfway through our drive.”
