1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently.
2. Furniture is old,
3. Towels are mostly torn
4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality
5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels.

“Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

“We enjoyed 4 nights in a charming, delicious, homely place with a kind and respectful attitude towards its guests. The prices are very affordable and the location is excellent. The hotel has 14 guest rooms. It should be noted that there is no elevator in the building and there is no pool. The rooms are not large and the furniture is simple, but in our opinion the wonderful attitude and the food are much more important. Definitely recommend a visit!”

“Very disappointing restaurant service:
- staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor
- completely unfriendly service
- low quality of Georgian food did not expect
- 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available
- staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines
Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have.

“This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem.”
