“Pool”

“When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened our door and walked into our room and then walked out and when I called I was told I don't know who it is, but then they called back and said oh it was housekeeping they thought that you had checked...

“No coffee in room. Microwave did not work. Figured out it was never plugged in. No hair blow dryer. No coffee in lounge area.”

“Virtually empty Kleenex box, very little bathroom tissue. Room not cleaned following day. Checked out Friday about 6 pm instead of Saturday due to being unhappy.”

“Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. ”

“The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night. “The room was very clean and well apointed. We stayed the night as we went to see a show, and this was a convenient location. It is located in the heart of downtown entertainment. Walkable to most of the major stadiums, Museums, and conference centers in the area. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Check in is a little late IMO, but we were able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Wish there was a pool on site, but other than that it was perfect.”
