Disguido
Abbiamo prenotato per una notte e colazione. All'arrivo in albergo, per un disguido non certo nostro, la colazione non era stata segnalata da Hotels. Abbiamo cosi'mostrato al titolare la nostra mail di conferma, non si e'nemmeno degnato di venirci incontro capendo il nostro disagio. Conclusione alle 7 di mattina ce ne siamo andati..... non certo consiglieremo questa struttura anche se lo meriterebbe

Todo ok pero el problema es que NO hay conectividad. El wifi no funciona, y el 4g no se capta. Supongo será el problema de estar en las montañas pero si necesitas estar conectado es molesto. Todo lo demás ok

Estimado Evandro, lamentamos mucho el problema que ha tenido con el Wifi pero ciertamente es un servicio que a veces no funciona como debería, principalmente por nuestra ubicación y porque las empresas de telefonía no cubren bien el servicio, al encontrarse con esta orografía. Esperamos poder mejorar del todo el servicio y que ello no suponga un problema nunca más. Gracias por su visita y por su amable comentario y esperamos poder verlo de nuevo. Un cordial saludo.

This property is located in the mountains at the end of a very charming town. We love this place so much that it is our favorite place to stay near Granada every time we visit the area. The service is good and our room and hotel common areas were always clean. You feel at home! Since we rented a car, we did not have any problem driving about 20 minutes to visit Granada center...but please take your time and also visit the towns of Dilar and Otura... there are some great places to eat and experience having some of the meals with the locals. This Hotel is a gem. No ha encantado nuestra estadía y este hotel de campo es nuestro lugar favorito para vacacionar cerca de Granada... nos hacen sentir como en casa y no como extranjeros.

Excellent hotel but a little bit far from urban area. Narrow and winding road leads to hotel. No public transport.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful area, perfect base Sierra Nevada hikes. The room was nice, area was great and the food... simply amazing. Also, great service - especially from Paula which was just a delight. Thank you for an amazing stay, i will definitely come back.

Hotel op superlocatie voor een mooie prijs.
Prima verblijf ong 10 km onder Granada. Grote kamers en een goedkoop, maar goed restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel met wat oudere mannen die zo in Fauwlty Towers mee hadden kunnen doen. Goede Uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en Granada.

Fint udgangspunkt for såvel National Park Sierra Nevada som Granada . Fin beliggenhed i udkanten af den lille by med flot udsigt. Speciel og indbydende bygning udefra. Inde virker hotellet mindre praktisk indrettet men fungerer. Hestestald lige ved siden af giver fluer.

A gem... small, but well set!
Delightful surprise hotel... small but with a great feel and a bar snd restaurant set in pretty surroundings. . Lots of terrace seating outside too. Great service at the bar in spite of them catering for a wedding at the same time. Rooms a little unsoundproofed but ok with earplugs. Beautiful location with mountain views. We will be back!

Nice rural hotel for hiking Sierra Nevada
The hotel is an old rural hotel at the far end of a small andalusian village. The location is excellent and the view of the Sierra Nevada mountains in the evening (from room and restaurant) is breathtaking. The rooms are rather old and some amenities do not work (for us the fridge and the aircon). Bed and bathroom were nice and the hotel was relatively quiet. The hotels restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meat was generally really good but all dishes are served with the same potatoes/vegetable mix which gets a bit boring. There is not a lot of other restaurants in town however. Prices were quite fair (12 euro for three course meal). The staff speaks very little english but are otherwise very friendly. When driving to the hotel do not drive through Dilar! It has very narrow winding streets. Instead when approaching town take a left at the sign for the hotel which will take you there from the back in a nice road. When going from the hotel towards the mountains you find a nice recreative area with good hikes. Wifi was free but unstable.

Panoramic Views of Granada and Sierra Nevada
Absolutely amazing setting. Ideal for getting away from it all, whilst only half an hour from the centre of Granada. It was certainly enhanced by having a car and being able to speak Spanish.

A RURAL hotel 20 km outside Granada
We booked this hotel because it had free parking, free wifi and breakfast and was supposedly in Granada. Our GPS could not locate the Camino Ermita address in Granada and when we eventually found that street in Granada we were told to drive to Dilar "in the country". Granada is exit 127 on E 908 and Dilar is exir 139 12 km away but after another kilometer we asked locals and finally found the hotel yet another 4 km outside Dilar. It gives a different address to Expedia and there is no public transport. If you really want to see attractions like Alhambra it is not 17km but closer to 20 km from them. We left telling them we made a mistake ad they could keep the money but we checked into Hotel Las Nieves which is very difficult to drive to and charges for parking BUT is right smack within walking distance of everything in Granada. Now the manager was away when we left and to my surprise the hotel refunded our money which I must say I didn't expect. This hotel is relatively inexpensive for Grenada, is in the midst of vineyards and orchards and has a good restaurant (we had lunch there). I would recommend it as a great place to chill out, write a book, etc. and in fact someday we might go back just to stay here and skip Granada which we've already seen. BUT please Expedia DO NOT LIST THIS HOTEL as being in Granada.

Dear Jim, Thank you for your feed back, we never say that we are located in the city center of Granada, we clearly show that we are in Dilar, a village close to Granada city. Our location is in the National park of Sierra Nevada, so, it is a quiet area where you can relax and enjoy the montains view and city views, ideal for sports as treking, riding, and several other options, as well visiting to Granada and our most famous monument: the Alhambra. In spite of all inconveniences, we hope did you enjoy your break in Granada and we hope to see you soon in Hotel Zerbinetta. Best regards.

Lovely Hotel just outside of Granada
Great choice if you have a car. Short easy drive to Granada, easy parking. Hotel is in the hills between Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains with great views. Restaurant serves up very good food and wine at reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful.

solides Hotel, etwas abseits gelegen
Das Hotel liegt ziemlich ab vom Schuss, aber ruhig und mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut, ließ sich aber nur zwischen laut und ziemlich laut regulieren. Eine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche, z.B. für Duschgel/Shampoo wäre gut. Das Haus machte insgesamt zwar einen recht neuen Eindruck, zeigte aber in den Details schon Abnutzungserscheinungen (quietschende Türen, dreckige Fugen in der Dusche). Das Frühstück war spartanisch, aber ok. Viele der Angestellten hatten leider nicht mal einen Gruß auf den Lippen.

Vi boede på Zerbinetta i 3 nætter og vi kan bestemt anbefale stedet. Det ligger omgivet af fantastisk flot natur i stille og rolige omgivelser.Pænt indrettede værelser, dog manglede vi en altan. Til gengæld har de en terrasse med fabelagtig udsigt og med mad og drikke til meget fornuftige priser.Vi kan klart anbefale dette hotel

Ett trevligt och prisvärt hotell med en väldigt bra restaurang. Inga problem med att ordna en tidig frukost för oss golfare. En härlig terrass med en strålande utsikt och med Sierra Nevada som bakgrund.

Me encanto aun no pude disfrutar muchos tiempo
Muy bien pero latisma que no puede disfrutar muchos porque llegamos tarde y estuvimos que salir muy temprano por motivo de trabajo pero lo poco que estuve me encanto muchos la vista ala naturaleza las montañas la picisna y la terraza espero volver pronto
