"Good stay! The room was excellent and the shower was particularly nice. Staff were helpful - when we rang down to say the hairdryer was not working, a replacement was sent up immediately. Good selection of breakfast options and beautiful views. We did eat in the restaurant twice and were disappointed ..."

"When I checked in, I was informed that my reservation that was of a lower class than normal (still don’t quite understand what was meant) I was then asked if I wanted a room on the ground floor and I said yes.
