The open-concept main level flows from the gourmet kitchen (gas range, kitchen island, full cookware, spices, and all the essentials) through the dining room and into the living area with fireplace and Smart TV. The enclosed outdoor patio extends the living space with ocean views.

Hot tub, fire pit, outdoor furniture and sun loungers, gas BBQ grill, and a fenced yard. High chair and Pack `n Play available for families.

In-unit washer/dryer. WiFi throughout. Board games and books for downtime. All linens, towels, and consumables (shampoo, conditioner, soaps, paper products) provided.

Dillon Beach is a hidden gem on the Marin County coast — a small, quiet beach community with dramatic ocean views, tide pools, and uncrowded sand. It`s the kind of place where you can hear the waves from your bed.

The beach is a short drive or walk down the hill. Nearby activities include surfing, kayaking, fishing, whale watching (seasonal), and hiking along the coastal bluffs. Tomales Bay is just around the corner for oysters and calm-water paddling.

Point Reyes National Seashore is about 30 minutes south. The charming town of Petaluma is 30 minutes east with restaurants, shops, and breweries.

Please note, this home does not have Air Conditioning, only heat.
Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM per county regulations. No outdoor amplified music at any time (county rule for vacation rentals). Please turn off patio lights at night.

Parties: No parties or large gatherings.

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Before leaving: dishes in the sink, used towels gathered, trash and recycling in the indoor bins, lights off, thermostats down, door locked.

BBQ: Please scrape the grill after use.

Pets: No pets allowed (carpeted home).

Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside. Outdoor areas only.

Candles: No candles (fire hazard).

Parking: 2-car garage + driveway for 4 vehicles.

Garbage: All 3 bins go out Monday night with clips secured (raccoons). Return bins Tuesday. No trash in the green waste bin. Do not overfill; bins must close.

Food Disposal: Do not put food in the garbage disposal.

Furniture: Do not rearrange.

Electronics: Do not unplug anything; some devices operate the door lock.

Utilities: Turn off lights and lower thermostats when leaving.

Damage: Report immediately via the app.

Lost Items: We cannot package and ship items left behind.
Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher (we`ll put them away).
Start a load of towels (we`ll switch them to the dryer).
