“I am bummed. We have visited this hotel several times now and we keep coming back because up until this stay it has been wonderful. However, this hotel has recently gotten new management and it shows in an unfortunate way. The customer service, bedding, happy hour snacks and breakfasts have all gone down hill. Therefore, I might not come back again even though it used to be one of my favorite hotels to visit. :(”

“The breakfast was great. The staff was accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The television was challenging. When I figured out how to avoid Netflix, my station would freeze after viewing for 45 min.! The microwave was placed lower than any adult would like! The toilet paper was a sorry excuse. . After what we pay per night to stay, you'd think they'd use something that resembles toilet paper! The toilet handle to flush wouldn't work, so I took the lid off the tank to flush manually!”
