“Pluses- amazing views, right on the water, spacious and clean apartment/hotel room with a well-stocked kitchen. Minuses- definitely some maintenance needed in the shower and bathroom area. Lots of water damage. It also does require your initiative to find out how to check in. It is five or so rooms arranged over several floors (no elevator) and there is no front desk.
