The inside of the place was fine, the outside looks run down and there werw some brokwn windows. I tried multiple times to contact the owner and never got a response.

#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, ...
