“We have been here as a base to go to sequoia national park, and we have been very happy with the hotel and the location. Perfect stay”

“Stayed in the motel queen room for one night… that’s the good part. Gena’s is good for one night given the location and the restaurant that serves excellent food. You need to be patient and quite sporty regarding the room. Everything is quite old and we found a wad of hair in the sheets, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet felt unstable when sitting on it. We asked for a hair dryer and the staff simply replied “no”. It’s an experience for one night, I don’t recommend for longer stays.”

“It was clean, and the staff was friendly. It had everything except EV charging for our Tesla. I do not normally complain about our accommodations when traveling. The only real bother was the bathroom fan noise. Seriously, it was annoyingly loud and could not be turned off. The fan didn't even work that well. The mirror was steamed up after a shower anyway.”

“Hotel veramente bello. Camere spaziose, ben arredate e soprattutto pulite. Buona colazione a buffet. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. La posizione per noi non era determinante perchè ci siamo fermati per poi andare al Sequoia National Park il giorno dopo (ad 1h circa di macchina). Molto consigliato”

“Unfortunately, the breakfast was a little overdone. Maybe I wasn't there early enough so it got a little hard warming up. Would like to see options of scrambled eggs. ”
