"I booked for 2 couples with separate rooms. Their room wasn’t very clean. Our room was inhabited with other clients as there was luggage in the room and some groceries. We were given different rooms that were upgraded which was nice, but no coffee in the rooms and refrigerator was not cleaned out ..."
