“The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning.”

“This was the coolest place I've stayed and so affordable. We had our own studio hacienda. Fireplace, tiled shower, jetted soaking tub. Couch, table, fridge, microwave. Everything you could want. They have wine tasting free that we enjoyed. Restaurant on site was amazing. Absolutely wonderful.”

“The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool...
