Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. ”

“This hotel is a journey in time - 120 years back. If you like it (and it was very very good) go there - if you need modern gimmicks - do not go there. It is a quite life of a Portuguese nobleman which you experience there, the house has everything you can immagine - from an old gaming-room, horse-stables to a beautiful garden. I have enjoyed it immensly and I can recommend it wholehartedly.”
