“Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hol Chan Reef Resort & Villas. The pool and beach area are beautiful, well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, bocci ball, and hammocks giving lots to do. We had a wonderful fishing excursion booked through the resort & the Hula bar right down the street cooked all of our fish perfectly! It’s a nice quiet area which was perfect for really unplugging and relaxing. We will be back! ”

“We enjoyed the landings at tres cocos so much!! The pool was stunning and refreshing, the apartment was so spacious and really well insulated, it was so quiet inside plus the beds were super comfy, we all slept really well. The apartment was beautifully decorated which made us feel right at home. The location was great too, pretty walkable but not in the hussle of town. The property managers were always available to answer questions and were very helpful. We can't wait to be back one day!”

“Brittany and her team made our stay on Ambergris Caye so easy! She arranged transportation to and from the airport, organized a scooter to be brought to our location to use for our entire stay and then collected at the last day, and booked two snorkeling trips. She suggested restaurants, shopping, and places to visit. It’s rare to have that much help when we travel. It made our first visit to Belize so much easier. The views and location can’t be beat. The condo was spacious and super clean....

“Apartment is in good condition.The condos ammenities are OK.Beach is clean.But, 9 miles from San Pedro in terrible roads to get there make it really hard to enjoy.It takes 1.5 hours ro get there from San Pedro in a golf car.Jason and the staff do they best to make you feel at home..But, rhe fact is that this is way to far if you want to go explore the island.”

“This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!.”
