“Relaxing stay at Quinta da Bicuda, it's located in the quiet affluent suburbs of Cascais. Although we didn't have a car we got around by making lots of use of the bi-cycles provided to visitors, large undeveloped Guincho beach is about 20 mins cycle ride along mostly dedicated cycle tracks which was great and the town beaches are also easily cycled to along the coastal track. We also made regular use of the masses of Uber drivers that service the town making getting in and out for an evening...

“We loved the home and the Host, Ricardo and his son Antonio were available at any time. We checked into the house at 10.30pm and Antonio was there to show us around and point out everything about the home.There was 7 adults and we had more than enough space.we loved the garden and the pool and had breakfast and evening cocktails out there every day. “The property was perfect. Vicky met us, explained where everything was and left us to it. Very comfortable beds, plenty of cooking utensils, lots of room - and beautifully furnished. The pool was lovely with different depth levels and there were different sitting areas in the garden, some shaded - plus a BBQ area at the side. Only 10 minutes walk down the hill into town. “we rented both units and had the entire home. The home is divided Inyo two units. One down stairs and second on the main level. The home is an old home with lots of charm. There is no AC but we didn't even notice because of the breeze you get once you open the windows. The location was perfect. It was one short block away from the craziness of Cascais restaurants and just a few blocks away from the beach. We loved our stay. We did have a few problems with one bathroom downstairs not...

“The property was clean and had many amenities that made the stay pleasant, such as coffee pods, paper towels, pool towels, and tea. The area was quiet except for a few dogs who barked occasionally. The only negative item was that the freezer portion of the refrigerator was frozen over with frost. ”
