Baite a Distretto di Salzburg-Umgebung

“Bella struttura con due buoni opzioni per pranzo e cena, avevamo una suite, figlia con 39 di febbre e non facevano servizio in camera, servizio alla reception fatto in modo distratto e superficiale (mi sono accorta io che dovevamo registrarci per poter parcheggiare senza essere multati, non avevano termometro, indicazioni fornite per raggiungere Salzburg molto superficiali, come se fossimo locali e sapessimo già molto) non ci tornerei”

“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide. Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing...

“We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.”

“Albergo più bello nelle foto che dal vivo. Colazione buona, finestra del bagno senza tende che, unito alla porta in vetro, ha reso impossibile avere la stanza buia per la notte. ”

“Bel Gasthof vicino Salisburgo con anche ristorante con giardino, piatti classici ma anche altro. In posizione strategica vicino l’autostrada A10, si impiegano circa 20 minuti per raggiungere Salisburgo. Camera pulita, spaziosa, con balcone. Ottima colazione. ”
