“The hotel is in an excellent location that allows you to take a convenient 20 minute bus ride into Salzburg or a 10 minute drive. The outdoor terrace provides a nice place to unwind at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The staff at the hotel were excellent—friendly, accommodating, attentive and speak both English and German. The food at the restaurant was genuine Austrian cuisine that was made fresh daily. The dedicated parking spaces were occupied but there is an easily accessible public parking on the other side of the main road that’s affordable. Nicely decorated room. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide.
