私はこのホテルで個室を予約して3泊4日過ごした。
本来はドミトリーがメインであり、いわゆるゲストハウスという位置づけである。
(私はこのホテルに好印象を持っており、その印象を記載する。宿泊の検討材料にするのであれば、この口コミがゲストハウスを基準とした内容であることを念頭に置いていただきたい)
■ロケーション
最寄りの駅は14番線であり、上海で最も有名な観光地に乗り換えなし、かつ2駅で到着できる。値段を鑑みると最高のロケーションといえる。
ホテル周辺は住宅地になっていて、そこで暮らす人たちの生活も垣間見ることができる。
すぐ近くには学校もあり、子供たちも穏やかに過ごしているため治安も問題ないと感じた。
逆に言えば、向かう途中でかなりの生活感を感じるため、旅行に華々しい何かや非日常的な何かを求めているなら、おすすめはできない。
また、駅からは少し遠い。
源深路4番出口を出てまっすぐ進み、公共トイレのある交差点で右に曲がって進む。
しばらく進むと、右側に奥に入れる小道があるので入る(瑞幸珈琲店の手前)。
しばらく道なりに進んで右に曲がっていくと、ホテルが見つかる。
大体10～15分くらいで到着できる。
本当は北側からホテルに向かうことで、もっと早く到着できるが、途中で横切るゴミ処理工場で凄まじい激臭に見舞われるため、おすすめしない。
■設備
コンフォートルームは個室であり、必要なアイテムがひととおり揃っている。
また、毎日ベッドメイクとアメニティの交換もしてくれる。ベッドはとても清潔だった。
さらに飲料水とジュースをサービスしてくれる。これにはとても助けられた。
欲を言えば、床の汚れが気になったことと、扉の防音性を求めたいところだが、値段を考えると十分であると感じた。
余談だが、廊下にときどきかわいい猫ちゃんが現れる。
■サービスカウンター
基本的に、英語と中国語をメインとしたコミュニケーションとなる。
私は英語も中国語も不慣れだったが、女性スタッフ2名、チェックアウト時に対応いただいたTANGさんという男性スタッフさんには、誠実かつ丁寧で最高の対応をしていただいた。初めての中国旅行だったが、この3名のスタッフさんのおかげでとても安心できた。
また上海にくる場合は、このホテルの予約を候補に入れて検討したいと思う。

First, the room is clean and free water bottle is a plus, but the AC is not controllable in the room. The quilt was too thick to fit the room temperature, using it was too hot, not using it was too cold. I wish it would had two thin blankets.
Second, when I checked in, the front desk didn’t tell me anything about my three day breakfasts were included and the room has no phone to call front desk. I had to go down to ask. The breakfast almost the same each day, simple western style. I came from USA and I wish I could have at least one traditional Chinese breakfast, why it is so hard to provide some Chinese breakfast?
Third, the staffs are lack of training of how to do a good customer service. I met many of the staffs and not even one had a smiling face and showing me the enthusiasm to help, instead I saw many porker faces. I wish I could be more positive but this is my true feelings.

O hotel é muito bom. Quarto espetacular, cama maravilhosa, vista top.Mas atendentes não entendem inglês, então foi péssimo o checkin. Elas só nos deram chave, kit de escova de dente e não explicaram nada! Tive que perguntar sobre café da manhã, horário, etc... e elas não soube falar inglês.
Café da manhã farto para chineses e sofrido para brasileiros. Tínhamos que pedir queijo, pq não colocavam, e era a única coisa do buffet que comíamos.Outro dia, as duas máquinas de café estavam paradas.

L'albergo è particolare, la camera confortevole e silenziosa. Il personale, purtroppo, non parla inglese. La colazione è esclusivamente cinese. La zona è poco servita dai mezzi pubblici e lontana dal centro
