“First time at a Tru. The lobby is very open and inviting. I think it is designed for people to hang out there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is fairly basic with a bed, bathroom and TV. Everything was new and very clean. The hotel and room had a very pleasant, clean smell. ”

“The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We had to adjust the check-in/out dates, which they did immediately with no questions. Once they realized we had dogs, they gave us a room right by the side door on the first floor which made potty trips SO simple. We had one issue with the heating unit, but they responded quickly and we've had no further issues. And my favorite thing - the water pressure was amazing and the hot water seemed endless. Great stay.”
