“Al check in ci hanno dato una camera con uno strano odore. Ci hanno cambiato stanza e siamo andati al piano superiore SENZA ascensore e con valigia di 25 Kg senza che qualcuno della struttura ci dasse una mano. Nella nuova camera vi era una umidità elevatissima con le lenzuola che erano umide anche alla mattina dopo che ci abbiamo dormito. Nella stanza piccolissima mancava aria, io e mia moglie ci siamo alzati entrambi con forte mal di testa e siamo usciti subito da questa camera. Alla sera...

The rooms were large, clean and well appointed. The amenities were good. The Sunday morning staff was all smiles, talkative and very nice.
