“There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

“Had a family emergency and told the desk clerk before paying him that I would only stay one night instead of two and he told me since I did go through Expedia the refund would be through then. Expedia contacted them the next day and they refused to give me my money for the extra day I did not use . The clerk knew and plus I left way early the next day so they had time to rent out the room I have stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay there but it’s hard to believe they could not refund...

“Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

“When we first arrived the guy behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He even gave us complimentary breakfast. The room was big and clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. My husband worked out in the gym and said it was very nice. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again!”

“The breakfast was good, with a variety of foods available. However, I did encounter a problem with my room key; it worked intermittently, so I had to swipe it a few times. On the second day of our stay, the staff did not clean the room, which was disappointing. I didn’t mention anything because we returned to our room late in the evening, and it didn’t seem to be much point in making a fuss since we were leaving the next day anyway.”
