“Convenience is the biggest selling point here. Amenities basic; room basic. Shower pressure weak. Wasn’t able to turn light off behind the headboard. No switch anywhere!! Had to call the front desk for help and they sent a security guard. He was great but just as befuddled as we were. Eventually he and my husband moved the bed to get to an electrical outlet in back and unplugged it. Meanwhile I hid out in the bathroom in my pjs!! ”
