“Spent 2 days and one night here and it was absolutely amazing! The Crown Plaza team arranged my transfer to and from the airport. The room had the best view you could imagine. I mentioned that I was celebrating and all the staff were happy for me and made me feel special. I also had a spa day that left my skin feeling so smooth. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the people were all great and very helpful!”

“Room that we booked was not given at check-in. Felt like a scam, yet it was a human error. They changed after quite a hustle and waiting time, but got the one without view - so still not the correct room. First room smelled terribly of odour. No hand soap in bathroom - conditioner was positioned there instead, seems legit… Half of spa not working, which was a shame. The only thing that was gold was breakfast, but not the reason for coming here. Better places with reasonable prices nearby.”
