“Ho soggiornato il 24/5/25 le stanze sono pulite, personale cordiale. C'è il parcheggio ma non c'è la colazione e purtroppo non c'è frigorifero né phon. ”

“In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! ”

“Front desk person was rude and never let you finish a sentence. I am certain they take towels from the floor to have you reuse them. I asked for more towels (I did not tell them I suspected their repurposed towel scheme) and was told to bring the ones in the room to the front desk where she inspected the towels with a look on her face like “how can you tell these were repurposed?” I did get new towels but the experience really did not sit well with me. “Never stay here! The reviews are very deceptive. The hot tub is the only reason we chose to stay and it doesn’t even work which is probably a good thing after seeing how disgusting the rooms are! Hair in the sheets, tub and toilet looked like it has NEVER been cleaned and the TV didn’t even work. We up and left it was so bad and they never helped with a discount or our money back. I would rather sleep in the horse compartment of my horse trailer!!!! ”

“Very clean motel. It was a newly opened motel. Was very disappointed though due to being advertised as having a hot tub and pool. But was new and not open yet. So that was false advertising on expedias end. Other than that it was great.”
