The beds were very comfortable and even though close to the highway was nice and quiet. We hope to be with you again in the future when we bring some of the grand kids to The Fugitive Beach. “The cottage was very nice. The building is old but has been completely renovated and modernized. Bedroom space is a little tight, but the king bed made up for that. They did a great job at fixing the apace up but also maintained and classic feel. Very close to Fort Leonardwood, which was our main reason for being there. Host was very nice nice and easy to communicate with”

“What a wonderful stay! We loved how easy it was to access the river and the scenery is amazing! We loved just walking around the area and creek beds. It was so clean and comfortable! ”

“It is a beautiful property, we had a great time. Secluded and very peaceful. Despite the summer heat, the AC works great even though we spent the majority of the weekend outside enjoying the property and time on the river.Kathy was a great help directing us to the property and was available if we needed any help, but thankfully the house is so well equipped that we really didn't need any. We are looking forward to coming back, hopefully soon.”
