“From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. ...

“This service apartment is highly recommendable for travellers. It has lots of car parking space, the reception was genuinely hospitable and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday (we stayed 8 nights there), any used consumables were refilled the following day, the bed was soft and comfortable, needed utensils were complete. We will definitely book again when we come to Melbourne for another short stay.”

Great shower two things i didn't like.....aircon was not very good looked a bit dirty. needs some servicing, i think. the other was a great gig spiderweb in the same corner. that was there the whole 4 days. otherwise i was very happy with everything..thank you.ill stay again some time in the future”
