“From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. ...

“Loved our one night stay at this hotel! We stayed in the Hathaway suite. Super comfortable and cozy, there was a fireplace (although we didn't use it), an AC for cooling or heating, a jetted spa, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, fridge, plenty of cutlery & crockery. Check-in and check-out were easy. Free parking. Comfy couch and bed. It's part of a strip of shops so it's only a 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. 10 min walk to Dandenong Botanic Garden. Would absolutely stay here...
