Wij verbleven, 2 volwassenen en 1 kind, 2 nachten in dit kasteelhotel. De buitenkant is super mooi , verder is het binnen erg gedateerd en de kamer stoffig. Eerste nacht in familiekamer zit er boven in de nok n gat waar torren naar binnen kwamen ...geen pretje..onze kleindocher ,11jaar kwam dus bij ons liggen. We kregen wel voor de andere nacht een andere familiekamer....maar weer stoffig en er hangt een muffe geur. Helaas het ontbijtbuffet zeer matig had het luxer verwacht ...je zit in een kelderruimte zonder daglicht. Dit verblijf 2 nachten duur betaald met ontbijt € 370,00. Had het me anders voorgesteld..terwijl foto's vooraf bekeken op site een ander beeld schetsen dan de werkelijkheid. Zonde....

Prachtige locatie en een ontzettend mooi gebouw. De kamers zijn in orde, sanintair wat verouderd. Prima ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijke check-in. Lift aanwezig.

Op wat details na heel goed en bijzonder.
Hele mooie plek, super aardige ontvangst door jonge dame. Helaas wed ons ook aangegeven dat wegens personeelstekort het restaurant gesloten was. He T ontbijt is ok, simpel, goed maar niet uitstekend. Bed is goed maar heeft 2 verschillende matrassen met een behoorlijke kier (staat niet zo op de site). De schoonmaakster is schatten wij klein van stuk want tot 160cm hoogte is alles heel goed schoon. Bovenop de deur en het plafond hebben behoefte aan een langere schoonmaak. Qua omgeving en het pand zelf is het zo mooi dat zou 6 sterren zijn.

Avoid Rooms 31 and 32 at the roof peak if you have mobility issues. Narrow winding wooden stairway is dangerous unless you are an Alpine ready climber!

Deluxe-Status mit Luft nach oben in der Wartung
Tolles Hotel; tolles Ambiente; sehr freundliches Personal; ich war für eine Nacht (Mo/Di) dort; es war nur eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Ich hatte ein "Deluxe" Zimmer (Nr.2); hier müssten im Bad , der Lüfter instandgesetzt, massive Schimmelschäden im Duschenbereich (Decke) und im gesamten Zimmer mal die Spinnweben beseitigt werden.

Wonderful peaceful hotel and full of character
I had a very good stay and the Hotel Kasteel. The hotel is located in a peaceful location but only a few minutes from the main town. The full of character and nice touches such as small items of furniture and art. My room was on the top floor and I had not problem negotiating the small stairs, but it may be worth the hotel checking with future less able guests before allocating an attic room. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with the added benefit of a Nespresso machine. The breakfast was very good.

Mooie, rustige locatie. Prachtig pand. Familiekamer gevraagd. Bovenop de mezzanine was een dubbel bed maar daar was de airco te koud. Blijkbaar problemen met de airco. Niet meer te regelen. De dame aan het onthaal heeft ons een andere, extra kamer gegeven. Wij moesten deze niet bijbetalen. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij hebben genoten !

Superfint slottshotell med bra standard oå rummet med AC där det blir varmt på övre plan. Vi kom in efter kl 20 så då hade restaurangen stängt vilket var synd. Fanns en Grekisk restaurang i närheten som var öppen lite längre. Finns små Teslaladdare men tyvärr dyrare är Supercharger, € 25. Vänlig personal.

Visited the hotel in the off-season, and had a lovely time. Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for advice on places to visit and eat. Location is cozy and peaceful, with some traffic noise outside. Breakfast was good, no chef at the time of visit so dinner was had elsewhere. Only within walking distance from one restaurant, which was luckily great.

Fantastic duplex family room. 2nd floor under the roof with okd beams visible. Perfect for a stay with children where both parents and children have their privacy Mattresses very soft and should be replaced. No proper cupboards available to hang, store your clothes.

Unieke locatie in prachtig kasteel, rustig gelegen in het mooie Limburgse land met bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. De nachtreceptionist Ralf was heel correct en behulpzaam aangezien ik wat moeilijker ter been was door een ongelukje onderweg, chapeau. Volgende keer verblijf ik hier weer graag, aanrader!!

Nog een keertje proberen, maar dan andere kamer
Mooi hotel, personeel is "far and beyond" service gericht, dat is zo'n goede toegevoegde waarde. Het is een oud gebouw, maar men werkt aan goede verbeteringen. Jammer dat we geen normale kamer hadden, maar sliepen onder het dak. Dat maakte de kamer superklein door de schuine spanten. Alles oogde daardoor kleiner, terwijl de vloeroppervlakte het grootste is qua kamer. Matrassen mogen ook wel een update. Op betere geslapen. Alles werd wel gecompenseerd door super personeel, super ontbijt, super ontvangst.

Mooie lokatie,met vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. De kamers zijn wel wat gehorig en de bedden behoorlijk zacht. Jammer dat t restaurant niet open was en we elders moesten eten. Het ontbijtbuffet was prima. Koffie, thee diverse soorten sap en champagne. En diverse broodjes, wit en bruin, hartig en zoet beleg, croissants, chocolade broodjes en macarons en ook nog yoghurt met muesli.

Mooi kasteel met een goede sfeer. Het was een leuke ervaring om hier te mogen overnachten. Rustige omgeving. Ontbijt was prima en netjes en werd goed bijgevuld. Verder kon de bediening wel beter op het terras en de grote vraag was waarom het restaurant niet open was in het hotel. De kamers waren wel netjes maar mogen wel beter schoon gemaakt worden want er zaten veel strepen op de spiegels en troep onder het bed van de vorige mensen. Ook misten we een mini cooler, dit is toch wel een must voor ons. We hadden er twee overnachtingen en hadden wel wat service hierin verwacht qua nieuwe handdoeken, de rest bijvullen en een opgemaakt bed weer. Verder was alles keurig netjes en schoon in het hotel.
