hotel meraviglioso - procedura di deposito assurda
Hotel e camera stupendi, una vera attrazione! Purtroppo addebitano (e non si limitano a congelare) circa 100 euro di deposito per la camera come garanzia. Non rilasciano il deposito immediatamente dopo il check out come tutte le altre strutture, ci hanno proposto di darci l'equivalente versato in Qatar dollar!! ma a che mi servono visto che stavo ripartendo? allora mi hanno detto che avrebbero inviato un fax alla banca per farci restituire l'importo del deposito..sn una frequent traveller, e ritengo che la procedura adottata per la garanzia della camera, tralaltro interamente pagata sia assurda. Avevo proposto di non caricare il deposito e pagare con cash/al momento le ulteriori spese, ma non hanno accettato. Sto ancora aspettando che rilascino il deposito!

Struttura incredibile,da ogni parte della città si vede,in particolare la notte quando è illuminata,è diventata un'icona della città.albergo e servizi perfetti e il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile . Ottima la cucina al ristorante panoramico,delizioso il giardino pensile del Torch Tea al 21 piano,seem bra di essere su una nuvola

Great property even tho it wasn't close to the central area very easy to book an Uber. Overall amazing hotel rooms very nice. Had a slight issue with the lights in the room and tabet but that was sorted by an upgrade to one of there unbelievable suites. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Do not stay anywhere else except The Torch
This is the best hotel to stay in Doha. Days spent in this hotel will be memorable for life and will serve as a benchmark for all your future hotel bookings. Superb rooms with custom ambience lighting, excellent infrastructure, hanging pool, excellent dining in revolving restaurant, high class breakfast in the Flying Carpet restaurant. Exceeds all your expectations. Cherry on the cake... the hotel provide direct access to the Villagio mall, a mall where night never falls and shopping, dining and entertainment blend into a memorable living experience.

Very chic and modern building. Latest gadgets. Excellent breakfast. Dramatic pool with great views. Doha’s only revolving restaurant. Only thing I didn’t like was that if you book through Expedia, you can’t charge anything to your room. Must pay with cash or credit.

Great, Friendly Service.
Overall a wonderful stay. Kept having issues with the Ipad controlled curtains. Good thing I was there for only 2 nights, it first failed when I arrived, they fixed it then failed again the morning I left so not a big deal and they were half open However should have been fixed right the first time. Other than that it is a wonderful stay. Hotel attached to a mall is really nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

J’ai passé 4 nuits au Torch hôtel. L’hotel est situé au centre d’un complexe sportif et commercial. Le design de l’hôtel est très moderne avec des touches de déco. traditionnelle La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable .

Great hotel. The rooms are incredibly clean, high-tech and the bed is very comfortable. A great hotel, although it would have been better if they had a bar as they only have a restaurant and cafe (admittedly, very nice).

Technology is great, as long as it works....
Great location for events at Aspire Stadium. Hotel was great with one exception, could not close curtains with either the iPad or the controls at bedside. Technology is all good, until it doesn’t work.

Its a nice place to visit once but thats it for me
Its an amazing place with a great gym and pool 19 floors above the ground. The room had everything but good cable, there were no real movie channels and no news channels that were American. Its right next to a huge park and Mall so there is plenty to do. The breakfast was slim pickins as far as choice went.

Everything is exceptional, except that the rooms doesn’t have soundproof which means you could hear noise. The reception offered me to change room.
