“Worst check in experience. Had my kids screaming for 2 hours because of all the bugs inside the room and outside the room. They had never seen so many bugs. Pictures are misleading the property. NO AC in the living room. Everything was misleading about this hotel. We left the next day and the manager refused to refund us the remainder of our stay (booked 6 rooms, 2 nights and only stayed 1 night due to bug infestation).”

“Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant.
