“This a lovely spot a few miles out of Llangollen. We were greeted warmly by staff who helped with us everything we needed. Everything we needed was in the room and breakfast was fab! Would certainly return.”

Good food but service was a litttle slow, we gather this is a newly opened property so.expected a few 'teething problems. I would recommend having a bell on reception or more presence there by staff as we had to chase them up (out the back of property through kitchen)to check out and pay...not sure everyone would bother?! “We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. “We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They gave us good advice on the surrounding trails. The room offered beautiful views, was clean and well maintained. The property had a wonderful garden where you can relax after a long day walking. There was a nice lounge area as well where you could watch TV, listen to music or grab a hot or cold drink; some snacks available to purchase. The breakfast was ok. “We had a lovely two night stay. We booked only 48hrs before our visit so we had the last available room, which had a wonderful garden view and although it was smaller than we anticipated the fun of watching dozens of garden birds on the many bird feeders outside our door and also seeing tiny shrews playing and jumping in the late evening was wonderful. Breakfast was pre booked and excellent and our hosts happy to help at all times. We would definitely return.”

“Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! The little cottage at the back was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely space for sitting outside to have coffee and bathroom a good size. “Bagno confortevole e bello, con vasca. Stanza un po' triste e non molto spaziosa, ma c'era posto nell'armadio per mettere parte delle valigie e le condizioni erano buone. Wi- fi ben funzionante. Albergo a conduzione familiare, con proprietari molto gentili e socievoli. Molto buona e diversificata la colazione, con differenti macedonie di frutta a buffet, yoghurt delizioso e piatti caldi all'inglese da ordinare (consiglio di assaggiare l'eglefino affumicato, detto "haddock" in lingua inglese)....
