“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The property was not ready upon our arrival, and communication from the host was poor throughout the process. With no clear resolution or timely updates, we had to make the difficult decision to travel to another city to find accommodations for the night. I would not recommend this property based on our experience. Location and parking lacked detailed information.”

“This property was an amazing escape. Great location, close to the town of Durango and conveniently located for trips out of town like Mesa Verde. The property had EVERYTHING a family would need. Fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, pet supplies (bowls, towels, poo bags). Very comfortable for two adults, two kids and a dog. Owner was an amazing communicator. Thorough and friendly.”

“This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left.
