“The staff is tremendous. The front desk staff went absolutely above and beyond. I can't remember her name but my Folio says it was "swills". I hope she gets this message as she was amazing. The rooms are very modern, the hotel has a very retro beachy vibe, and the restaurant is among the best in Parksville. Try the Fisherman's Chowder. Unreal. ”

“Our stay was great! The room was clean and very spacious. The only thing I'd say that they could improve on is the bathroom toiletries!!! They give you these small bottles definitely need to improve on that, but other than that we had a great stay! Nice pool and hot tub. Nice friendly staff. ”

“While I enjoyed my stays and it is my 2nd stay at Christmas with the hotel. I am disappointed that the kitchen closes down during Christmas especially for breakfast. I had took cab to recommended breakfast restaurant but found it closed for Christmas as well. I did not find it located to many walkable amenities. That said because it is near family I would always choose this hotel ”
