“Beloved this hotel, it was so pretty and clean. The pool was a plus to our stay. The kids loved it. We used it almost every day. The restaurant down the stairs was amazing and they offered free breakfast in the morning which was a plus I can talk about this property for our and all the good things about it. “Beyond a doubt, this was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor with high quality fixtures and amenities. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. It really should be considered a 5 star hotel in every way possible. The breakfast was delicious with loads of choices for every dietery need. We were so disappointed that we were not able to spend more time in Beaune and this beautiful hotel. It will be a must visit during our next trip to France!!!!”

First, there was no outside lighting, making it difficult to navigate the property after dark. Upon entering our room, we found that there was no shower gel or shampoo, nor any bottles of water. This was particularly unpleasant as we arrived in the evening and expected basic amenities to be available.
