Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. Un frigo aurait été appréciable mais j'ai cru comprendre que d'autres chambres en avaient. Belle expérience ”

“Hotel located just outside the center of Annecy (in the station area) the room is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, hotplates and dishwasher. Convenient (unless you have a long car) underground parking for a fee). Courteous staff. The area is convenient but not quaint nor beautiful for an overnight stroll. All in all, it's okay, but lacks some of the magic that downtown Annecy can provide ”

“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

“Très bonne expérience dans un hôtel récemment rénové. Chambre calme, propre et confortable avec un balcon d'angle (chaises et table) donnant sur les montagnes au loin. Idéalement situé pour se rendre aux bains de lavey et non loin de Montreux. Grand parking.”
