Benvenuti a la Bendicion!

La nostra spaziosa casa di 3.500 piedi quadrati offre molto spazio per vacanze di gruppo, plurifamiliari o monofamiliari.

La tua visita a La Bendicion inizia con il tuo ingresso attraverso il nostro maestoso cancello principale che fornisce sicurezza e privacy per la tua visita e continua lungo il vialetto pavimentato fino al nostro ampio parcheggio. Il garage è disponibile per due veicoli. Consigliamo un veicolo a 4 ruote motrici per la vostra visita. Generalmente non è necessario raggiungere la casa, ma molte altre località che vorresti visitare richiedono 4X4.

La maggior parte delle camere presenta soffitti in legno cattedrale per una vera atmosfera costaricana. La nostra grande sala climatizzata contiene una sala da pranzo e una camera familiare per rilassarsi al chiuso.

Il timpano più grande nel sud della Costa Rica copre un ampio patio con una vista libera della piscina di dimensioni familiari (10 X 5 metri), giardini paesaggistici e, naturalmente, l'oceano Pacifico.

Durante il tuo soggiorno, godrai della rilassante melodia dei fiumi vicini, uno dei quali ha una cascata raggiungibile a piedi. La casa si trova su quasi due acri di giardino paesaggistico con palme da cocco e altri alberi da frutto tra cui arance, lime, mango e frutti di stelle. Godrai anche della bellezza di buganvillea, zenzero e alberi di orchidee.

La master suite privata al piano superiore comprende un balcone con vista sull'oceano e una sala jacuzzi, cabina armadio e ampio bagno separato. Inoltre, una porta di sicurezza in fondo alle scale garantisce la tranquillità di tutti gli oggetti di valore nella master suite durante il vostro soggiorno.

Le tre camere da letto al piano inferiore hanno porte che si aprono direttamente sulla piscina. (Le famiglie con bambini piccoli dovrebbero prenderne atto con attenzione poiché si tratta dell'unico accesso a queste camere.) Una camera ha un bagno privato e le altre due condividono un bagno. Tutte le camere contengono una cabina armadio o un armadio. Mentre tutte le camere sono climatizzate, con grandi finestre posizionate per sfruttare sia la brezza montana che oceanica, raramente è necessario.

Una cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e rari armadi in legno a "cuore viola" ti permetteranno di cucinare meravigliosi pasti durante il tuo soggiorno - libri di cucina forniti !! C'è una griglia a gas disponibile per l'uso. Se non vuoi cucinare, Ojochal è considerata la capitale gastronomica del sud della Costa Rica con numerosi ristoranti famosi. A vostra disposizione anche Internet wireless ad alta velocità, un televisore a grande schermo, una piccola biblioteca e molti giochi da tavolo. Per vostra comodità, è disponibile una lavanderia separata con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Per le famiglie con bambini piccoli, abbiamo due seggiolini / seggioloni e anche un pack-n-play.

Quando hai voglia di esplorare la zona circostante, prova uno dei numerosi tour locali tra cui equitazione, snorkeling / immersioni subacquee, rivestimento zip, pesca e canyoning per citarne alcuni. La vicina Uvita con la sua formazione "Whale's Tail" è famosa per le migrazioni di Humpback e le balene di Bryde otto mesi all'anno.

L'affascinante Dominical è una destinazione popolare per il surf con una zona commerciale lungo la spiaggia. Anche vicino a Ojochal ci sono diverse spiagge tra cui Pinuela e Ventanas.

La casa dispone di attrezzature per una fantastica giornata in spiaggia, tra cui boogie board per adulti e bambini, sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone, ombrelloni, giochi di sabbia e un carrello pieghevole per trasportare tutte le attrezzature in spiaggia e ritorno. Abbiamo anche molti teli mare.

La proprietà si trova in montagna con facile accesso dall'autostrada costiera principale, chiamata Costanera, dove le montagne incontrano il mare. La distanza, attraverso la strada pubblica principale che attraversa il villaggio di Ojochal, è di 5 km o 10 minuti in auto. Si consigliano veicoli con trazione integrale.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas at La Bendicion with our family and friends. The property and house were outstanding and exceeded our expectations, with Macaws and lots of birds flying around. We were all blow away by the views as soon as we stepped on the property. The property manager was incredible, she was very responsive to our questions or any issues we may have encountered which were very few. They really went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing, they even decorated the house for Christmas including 2 Christmas trees. The house is close to all amenities and there are many different types of adventure excursions within driving distance away. We plan to come back here again as soon as we can!

Really can’t say anything bad about this place, it was super clean and very well stocked, the kitchen had everything you could think of including spices and basic staples. The place had a big supply of board/card games, books, local maps, pool toys and towels. All you need to bring is your own personal things! Check in (and out) was super quick and easy, Dawn the property manager was very nice and helpful with any question about the property or local area. The local area is quiet at the house, but yet close to lots of attractions and stores should you need something. The list of tours and recommendations given by the host was helpful, we did several of them and they were awesome. The house and yard are very well maintained. It really is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We have already recommended it to several of our friends.

This house was a wonderful place for our group of 5 with ages ranging from 18 to 73 yrs celebrating the 18 yr old’s HS Graduation. The beautiful home was located in a large garden setting with a view of the Pacific Ocean. When we were at the house our time was spent out by pool on the large covered patio. I, being the senior & not going on the activity tours, spent 3 days relaxing by the pool, swimming, reading books & so enjoying the peace & quiet. In the evenings after dinner the group would go night swimming & watching thunderstorms off in the distance from the patio. The property manager, Dawn, was outstanding providing us with internet sites for scheduling activities tours before our arrival & food sources (restaurants & grocery stores) near house. The drive to the house from main road was always an adventure & you must have a 4WD vehicle. Dawn met us at the house on our arrival & did a walk thru explaining the everyday life at the house - meaning what to do when electricity goes out. This did happen quite a bit but a minor issue. It was never out more than 5-10 mins. The house has about everything you can ask for in way of supplies & kitchen set up. This is the first vacation trip over the years where we’ve not had to buy bottled water. The water is outstanding here in Costa Rica. The food at restaurants was marvelous. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. Thank you Charles & Carol for making your home available to us.

Waking up to the exotic sound of monkeys and spotting hummingbirds the very first morning we couldn't ask for a better beginning of our Costa Rica adventure! The house is awesome. The master bedroom upstairs has a wonderful balcony with a sea view and a view of the lovely garden. Each room downstairs has it's own piece of the patio and the pool is perfect. The location is gorgeous. Definitely check out the Ojochal waterfall! The road up is an experience, especially at night. Once you are used to it it works fine, but for the first night make sure you bring dinner with you! It's dark.

we came down to the area to celebrate my grand-daughter's first birthday who lives in the area with my son and his partner. The house was perfect. It was a lovely property with beautiful views. The house was very comfortable and everyone agreed that their beds were super comfortable. Everything was really clean. The house is off a mountain road so you do need an SUV but most properties will require an SUV. Property managers Dawn and Charles were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property. Karen G.

No matter how many positive things I have to say about our visit to Costa Rica, and our stay at Bellena, I'm sure I will still have forgotten to mention many more. From original contact, the hosts, Charles and Carol, reached out with all kinds of helpful information on everything from airport arrival all the way to the front door of the property. This was supplemented countless ways, by their incredible property manager, Dawn, with suggestions on everything imaginable from where to buy the best local food and cheapest liquor to zip lining, beach options, quite a few great area restaurants (e.g. there's a delicious "upscale" French restaurant just at the bottom of the hill!), maid service, local private chef for hire; you name it! The property itself is incredibly spacious and the layout could not be better. All rooms in the house, including the upstairs master and the three bedrooms on the main floor, have wonderful views encompassing both the pool and the ocean; with the jungle in between...couldn't be better! We love to cook and found the kitchen both spacious and well appointed. As for accessing the property, we rented an SUV from the airport and never had any problem with the local roads or access to the property, even in heavy rain. Just as enjoyably, the Costa Rican people are very laid back and wonderful to interact with. My wife is already figuring out our next opportunity to visit. Thanks guys. Pura Vida!

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights with our daughter, and we had 2 friends drive down from another part of Costa Rica to stay with us a few nights. This was our 4th trip to CR and our daughters 1st time. This rental property was everything we hoped it would be, located on beautiful grounds. It is the rainy season so we were somewhat limited on what we could do, but we did use the pool several times. Two things that really caught our attention - one was how clean the home was, inside and outside. The second was how awesome the Property Manager Dawn is! Even before we arrived she was a wealth of information on so many of the things one can do in Ojochal. She met us at the property after hours and showed us around the home and demonstrated how things worked. If we needed anything during our stay she was right on top of it! All in all this is a great home and perfect for small or large groups. Thank-you to the owners for also making the booking process nice and easy :), a very pleasant change from that other popular rental company whom we will never use again. Mark, Hege & Jessica

We celebrated our 20th anniversary at La Bendicion. It was so beautiful! Our son loved the pool. The views were just fantastic. It was a lovely place to call home for 9 days with so many amenities. The property manager, Dawn, was so kind & very helpful. We wanted a place away from the big cities but still with lots to do & that’s just what we got. There are many places to visit for day trips. Our favorite beach, Playa Ventanas was super close. There were also many amazing places to eat very close by. Guided tours at some of the national parks were also wonderful. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you Charles & Carol for letting us stay in your slice of paradise.

This property is gorgeous, even more beautiful than the photos. The architecture is stunning, there has been a lot of time and thought put into the design. Plenty of shade and perfect for outdoor living. We enjoyed the pool every day, and rose to the sound of howlers and birds. Grasshoppers the size of our faces, the resident agouti and bullfrog. The kids loved it! It feels like you are living in the jungle (because you are!). All the amenities were wonderful, we hired Mayca to cook for us a few times a week and it was the best money we spent. The house is perfectly situated for sunsets and relaxation. Charles and Carol are absolutely lovely to communicate with, we had the best exchanges with them. We stayed an entire month and never wanted to leave! A huge thank you for sharing this gorgeous home with us.

We are a family of 5 (me, hubby, kids ages 27, 25 and 22) and we had the absolute best vacation at this home and in Costa Rica! Carol the property owner was great to speak with about all of my questions! She was always responsive when I messaged her, she even took the time to call me and we talked about all things Costa Rica! The home was PERFECT for our family! Each person had their own room which was important due to the ages and personalities! Each of the 3 extra bedrooms are accessed from the back covered veranda…this worked for our grown children but may not be idea if you have small children. We spent sooo much time every day on the back porch/veranda! We loved having the big gable to cover us as we were shielded from the sun and the rain in the evenings! We had a great view of the beautiful floral bushes and trees and of the OCEAN and even saw Cano Island from our master bedroom! The kitchen is beautiful and functional and has everything you could ever need! We made pina coladas and margaritas and enjoyed them on the back patio! We used the grill to cook fresh fish from a nearby fish market! The gorgeous master bedroom is upstairs and we loved our balcony for reading (could have used a coffee maker up there as well as small dorm room type of refrigerator) and enjoying the view! Each room/bedroom has a separate key which would be great for multiple families to stay at the property! Master has comfy king sized bed and 2 bedrooms have 2 full sized beds and one has 1 full/queen bed! Romulo the manager helped us so much by booking a trip to Cano Island thru Bahia Aventuras and we saw 6 WHALES VERY CLOSE to the boat!! We followed them for about 45 minutes and made for such a memorable/bucket list moment!!! Romulo was always responsive to anything we needed and helped us with a few things during our 9 day stay! Book this house!! It was the best experience and best house we have ever stayed at!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful. There were seven of us on this trip and we each had our own space as the bedrooms each had their own separate entrance. The kitchen was large and roomy and had everything you needed to cook. The pool and outside patio area is where we spent most of our time as the view is breathtaking and the pool large and refreshing on those hot days. We barbecued out side and ate our meals outside the whole trip. The landscaping is gorgeous and the sunsets incredible. I slept in the upstairs bedroom and it was huge. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There is plenty of lines, towels, beach towels and anything you may need here, even umbrellas by the front door. The property manager Romulo was super helpful. He met us at the main road and guided us into the property. If we needed anything at all, he was right there to help us out. the owners of the home are very nice and friendly and also answer any of your questions.. I hated to leave this paradise and would definitely recommend this home if you are in Costa Rica. In fact we have some friends booking the home for their vacation. Loved this home. You won't be disappointed.

A beautiful place in the mountains with ocean view. The manager was very helpful. Playa Ventanas Is amazing and very close to the house. Private, secluded and well equipped place. We had a very nice time.
