“It was a basic room, but nice and clean. The mattress was a bit saggy and the pillows were lumpy.”

“do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time”

“Nice spacious clean King bed - room for us. The bed was comfortable; shower power was good. We like the spacious bar in the lobby area. Personable professional staff/”

“Struttura elegante e confortevole, bellissima la location . Il gradimento sarebbe stato più alto se l'accoglienza fosse stata all'altezza. Purtroppo non è stato così perchè alcuni membri del personale della reception erano decisamente scortesi e poco disponibili nei nostri confronti ( nemmeno rispondevano al saluto che comunque per educazione noi abbiamo sempre fatto ...). Ci dispiace perchè per tutto il resto abbiamo apprezzato la struttura. ”

“The room smelled musty. The walls were thin so I heard a lot hallway noise and noise from neighboring rooms.”

“Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property.”

“Extremely run down!!!! Wallpaper was peeling in my room, bathroom vanity was in rough shape, tub was old, and the carpet was disgustingly gross!!!! Mattress seemed real old. Extremely disappointed for a Hampton inn!!!! Sidewalk is literally crumbling. Didn’t even have a diet soda for me to purchase. The eggs were like rubber pancakes.”
