“This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. “This Hotel needs to be totally renovated inside. Odor in room was overwhelming made my throat sore all weekend. Room was nasty. I would not take my pet their to stay. The gentleman at desk knew the condition of room and gave us the key. Told us we had to wait till tomorrow to talk to manager. The guy end up leaving shortly after we arrived.
