The accommodation was clean and well furnished, the dining options were varied and delicious, the location is incredible, being right next to the beautiful waterfall. The accommodation is set in a securely gated resort, a buggy car transported us through the grounds to our accommodation. “Ottimo hotel, il check in è stato un po complicato dato che si fa alla stazione della funicolare ma il personale dall'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile a guidarci nella procedura. Le camere sono distribuite in più edifici del villaggio francese di Ba Na hills e ciò rende il posto ancora più magico, la nostra camera non era spaziosissima ma la vista era direttamente sulla cattedrale gotica, fantastico!”

“Dirty towels are not replaced. They refolded the dirty towels without replacing it. The floor was not mop and clean. We specifically asked the floors to be clean but for the whole 5 days stay no one clean our floor. Very Disappointing.”

“We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and also tons of restaurants and convenience stores were in the vicinity....
