“The only small disappointment was the lack of nearby breakfast places. Breakfast usually requires ordering delivery, but this was a minor issue and did not affect my overall excellent experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing. Having stayed in many different places over the years—from luxury hotels to various types of accommodations—this is by far the best place I have experienced so far. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

“Almost everything was perfect. Remarkable clean apartment! Good location, working kitchen, washing machine etc... Good swimming pool. Breakfast was good for both Chinese and Western food. Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“Un bellissimo hotel con una posizione eccezionale. È vicinissimo alla piazza Tien’anmen e alla città proibita che sono raggiungibili a piedi. Ha due stazione metro comodissime. Ed è a un passo dalla via dei negozi Wangfujing. Gli spazi comuni dell’hotel sono magnifici. Le stanze molto grandi. Magari qualche aggiornamento al bagno e al sistema di controllo delle luci sarebbe necessario ma resta un hotel eccezionale, per livello di servizi e posizione. ”

“Highly recommend to all who want to experience Beijing Hutong living, very homey feel, the property is artistically designed and immaculately maintained , the tea serving ritual is a must to experience… and the traditional Beijing snacks (fried sauce noodles, wonton soup, tea cakes) are so yummy that my kids said they are the best food they have tried Beijing.”
